Thanks dear,
Sorry didn't see your response.
Checked with friends, there is a criminal registration/investigation center next to civil defense behind batha.
This is the only place in Riyadh.
They take fingerprints etc.
Don't know after how many days they issue the PCC.
Can you please advise, how's the process and how many days...
Going tomorrow.
Appreciating your response and help in this regard.

Guys
Info for those needing Saudi PCC, Riyadh region.
Go to the welfare officer in your embassy with copies of passport, iqama and photos.
They will issue a stamped letter on there letterhead (in Arabic).
Take this and the original Iqama to MOFA for certification and approval (SAR 30 each).
MOFA timings 0700 to 1400, with long queues and wait times (they will stamp and sign it on the spot).
Next go to إدارة الأدلة الجنائية البصمات (crime branch of shurta) located on "Ash Shaikh Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim" road
between batha and salaam park. Coordinates are 24.627649, 46.715840
There they have separate offices for ladies and gents. (Timings are 0700 to 1400)
Documents required (the approved letter from MOFA + Original passport + Original Iqama + 2 photos) No charges.
They will do finger printing, and you will get a receipt for pickup with a date (usually 5 days).
Hope this is of help to those in need of a Saudi PCC,
as i recently went through the process.
Seniors please advice
Do KSA PCC need to be notarized before sending by email.
I had them translated and sent them by email today, as well as sent scanned original by email...
There letter says by email in 45 days and doesn't say by mail/courier.
All previous documents in my application package were original translations and not notarized,
and there has been No objection so far.

No need to notarize ...just translation from a certified translator is enough.
You need to send them by email unless its mentioned so.
Hope it helps and good luck.
