Hello KSA based applicants. I am a QSW applicant. I received a letter asking me to provide my work permit from Saudi. But mh I problem is I dont have a copy of my Iqama anymore. Anyone who have any idea where can I ask for my Iqama copy? I already asked my former colleagues but according to them I dont have any records in the hospital at this time. I went for exit last 2013. Thank you.

I maintain a scanned pdf record of all cards, passports & certificates.... you never know when and where you need them in future !
I applied for Character Certificate or Police Clearance Certificate from Pakistani Consulate in Abu Dhabi,
What I received after 5 months is a paper having black and white letterhead with black & white emblem mentioning their is nothing adverse in Police record during my stay at "my address in Pakistan". Only colour on the paper are of the signature and the embassy stamp.
That certificate contain no other information like CNIC No. Passport No. DoB, not even my photo.
I intend to submit the same to the LVO or CIC in the hope that it will be acceptable .
Kindly share your experiences, preference and steps to follow to get PCC from Pakistan while living abroad.

For some reason, AlRajhi does not deal in Canadian financials. NCB and Jazeera Banks issue checks for any amounts you wish. I read that SABB also does that, too.

I took a copy of the photo instructions:
it's 35 x 45, chin to crown 25 x 30. Unaltered with white background. 2 for each applicant.
Write the name, address and phone no. of the photographers shop (or his stamp), and the date it was taken.

You can get from Alnatheer for Money Exchange in Alnaseem district, but as per my experience don't take a lot with. Try to take USD and exchange it in the bank in Canada otherwise you will lose money for currency exchange in Riyadh.
Don't purchase Canadian Dollar from Riyadh Airport as their rate is very high.
Got passports back today from VFS Riyadh, with Visa stamped and COPR !
VFS received them from the embassy on 4/10/2015,
but only sent me mail today morning !
Post submission it was weekend, so the Canadian embassy actually did it in 1 Day !
you never know when and where you need them in future !
