If you are filing your case a federal skilled worker then all files must have to be first submitted to CIC Nova Scotia Office. You can get more help from CIC main website

Its london and you need to send you application to CIO Nova Scotia, Abu dhabi doesnt deal with FSW class.

Did you took any paper for the pcc OR can just go there without anything and asked them for PCC?
