1. Atleast 1 year stay is required to apply from Saudi Arabia, but it doesn't make any difference because either way (Pakistan or Saudi Arabia) your visa office is London.
2. If you are the pricipal applicant, husband's expereince letter is not required.
3. Wait for letter from London for Saudi PCC.
I have account in SABB Bank and I had no problem in making demand draft from there. I hope you'll face no problem in Al-Rajhi bank all you need to do is to pay small fees for demand draft.
CIC strongly recommends to submit PCC with the application. You don't need to submit iqama copy as it is only a residential permit, however you do need to submit visa copy, national id card copy and passport copy.

Everything is there in cic website, just read and understand carefully. If you have questions, there are lot of forum e.g canadavisa forum whom members are very helpful and for will answer you for free.
Dont waste your hard earned money to any consultant.
By the way, i got visa a month by just doing the above advice.

As I have a question i am living in jeddah as per u know On IQMA sponser name or sponser company name mention now I have working for another company which is not my sponser and I got the NOC for 1 year to work for the company so if I apply and CHC find that is not the company which is applicant sponser so my case can be refused on this basis. can anyone tell me what shall becuase this is worrying for me .
