I have worked with different Companies and I only have Appointment and Experience Letters from them. None of the company have defined any roles on Exp letter. Its just the Job Title and duration that's listed there.
Will that work or I have to arrange Job Duties letter from them. And in case if they don't give what should I do.
Also will these letters be required at this stage or that would be the next process.

Job Responsibiltes and Duties are the most important factor which should be submitted to a IO. The IO has a list by which they compare what you have mentioned and see whether you perform the number of duties. Now you must submit the main duties and responsibilities and you need to get it from your employer. As far as in India companies will not define it until you request them for it.
Appointment letters and Experience letters should be fine.... You have not mentioned under what stream you are applying. You have to submit your letters now.
i assume that you are ready to send your application to sydney, NS for initial assessment. so you don't have to submit your experience and appointment letters now. you will submit this stuff to your local visa office only when you receive a go-ahead from sydney.

I am applying under fast track from India. According to checklist its not listed that I have to submit them at this time. I have already mentioned my Jobs and duties on a blank sheet of paper along with the Job Title and Roles and duties with their NOCs.
Plz tell if they needed at this stage or at the next step.
Let me submit my application first and then I would request my Companies to provide me letters.
Also will I be submitting the original letters or photo stat would work.
For role and responsibilty its better you draft them yourself and than request your company to print it on the official letter pad of the company and chop / company seal should b on each page. I did same for myself and they were co-operative enough to do it for me. As in current days no body will wirte two three pages so better you wirte urselfa and than request them to print.
