Returned Online Application

I applied for spousal sponsorship on 30th march through an online portal with the help of an agent. The application was returned on June 21st with representative form being marked as incomplete.
However, the agent confirmed that the form uploaded was complete which I also reviewed. We submitted an MP inquiry and now waiting for the response.
It has been 20 days since the MP inquiry and the application is stuck in limbo with no hopes.

Has anyone been through something similar or has any advice, Please help !

If the application was returned as incomplete, then I would reapply asap.

I would do that without your agent. My bet is that your agent messed up and didn't fully upload the form.

Where are you from? I have the same problem, and I want to know whether we have the same agent.
