My Spouse file has been Returned. It says the following.

Application status: Returned

Incomplete

(I missed a signature in Use Of Representative Form.)

I just want to make sure before resubmitting do I need to sign on all form again as it took them more than 0 days to reply me back and I saw somewhere that signatures expire after 90 days.
Also, I travelled after submitting Spousal Application do I need to add that detail as well or just correct the missing signatures and update the dates and submit it.

Oh yes, they addressed it clearly in an email that we only forgot our signatures when they also showed their checklist of our docs, all marked as completed.

just wondering our wait starts from the day we resubmit right? I am kind of nervous. Dont know if they need to review my package all over again with a new officer.

If they returned the application it means the wait starts again as they don't save your place in the queue (I think this is mentioned somewhere in your return letter). If this is not mentioned then probably they got your spot in the queue. Check your letter again.
