Restoration Study Permit processing time?

Anyone who recently applied or got their study permit restored?

I applied restoration my study permit on August 10th, and still waiting for it...

If there's anyone who knows its processing time please let me know

HI,
I am also going to applying for Restoration of Study Permit. Have you paid the tuition fees before you have applied for study permit or you have just shown bank balance statement.
