Hello ,

I was a worker . My work permit expired and since my LMiA was under process , I applied for restoration of status to a visitor. Now I got my LMIA .

I am NOT from a visa exempt country , I have a valid job offer , positive LMIA , restoration of status to a visitor under process . Can I go to the border to get a new work permit ?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much
