WORK PERMIT when under restoration as Visitor

Hello All,

My extension for work permit was refused as my employer did not process my LMIA in time. So I lost my status and had to apply for restoration to a visitor. I made a paper application to the processing center in Vegreville before the 90 days. I found a new Employer who processed my LMIA and it got approved. How do I apply for a work permit while my restoration is still in process and I do not have a valid status in Canada?
