My sister is a permanent resident of Canada, legally separated/annulled and is thus, a solo parent. Just recently, upon her application for immigration of her four children of whom she has been granted by the court full and exclusive custody and who are all under my temporary care and custody here in the Philippines as their maternal aunt and court-appointed guardian, the Canadian embassy has granted them immigrant visas to join her in Canada. Due to work exigencies in her place of work, she cannot be able to come home to the Philippines to fetch her children so she opted that instead, I accompany and bring her children to Canada. I am a court-appointed guardian of her children and is presently working in a distribution utility. Would it be possible for me to travel and accompany her four minor children to Canada? If so, what would the Embassy require from me or my sister? and what type of visa should my sister apply for me? Thanks.

You will need to apply for a visitor visa.

You should also have a letter from your sister allowing you to travel with the children, see http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/children/consent-letter

FYI - also for minor children - they may need to secure a travel clearance from the DSWD.
