My PR Card Timeline
Landed on 9th Jan
Photo Request-21st Feb
Photos Delivered- 26th feb
PR Card Approd- 16th Mar.....

Did you check you cic account? I checked mine, it is still in process not approved. Are you in same situation?

My wife's PR card was just approved. But my son's one not yet.

Photos resent for the third time and received by CIC on 22/02/2018

For your info.... This was the third time I sent photos for my wife & my son, though my card was approved in Sep 2017.

So, I have been waiting since we landed on 25/07/2017. I am over the moon...

The status of my application changed to "Approved" this morning, and I now can see the document number and validity date of my card . My timeline is:

New photographs request:Feb 21st
Photographs Delivered: Feb 26th
Photographs approved: March 14th
PR Card sent for production: March 14th
Application approved: March 19th

Congratulations .... my photos got delivered on 5th March and I called up CIC today and they told me they are still processing photos received on 16th Feb.
Your status gives me hope that mine will be processed soon.

They have been saying the same for 3 weeks now, so the information they are providing is not accurate, but my pics were received on Feb 26th and my card was approved yesterday, so your card will be approved soon

Yes, I infact asked them to check since I had been getting the same status everytime, but ofcourse the Contact Center ppl can't do much.

Another question for you .... how did you understand through the status messages that your photo was approved and your card went into production? Am talking about the 14th March status in your signature.

A few weeks after I sent a new set of photographs I raised a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) to see if they had been received; a few days later I got an email informing me that my pictures were approved and that on March 14th my card had been sent to production, I double checked by calling IRCC and and agent confirmed that my card was being processed.

Same schedule here exactly, but I checked my cic account, it did show approved, BUT no message regarding final decision! How about you?
