Yes the above address is correct. I also sent to this address 1st time.

2nd time l sent to a friend who could post them to CIC.

May I ask why you have sent a 2nd time?

Your timeline and the case are very similar to my wife's and son. What did the CIC agent tell you? It's not clear though you mentioned you called them.

I also received the same email as yours yesterday for my wife's application.

I sent two CSE (Web forms) in Mid November to find out the status. The second reply from CIC was a photo request again (16/12/2017)
Photo sent again: 23/12/2017 (Do not know when they received) used Canada Post
Photo request letter (email): 19/01/2018 (I think this is for previous photos received by IRCC on 05/10/2017)[/QUO
I got the same email! I don’t know what wrong with us! Why we were waiting for long time still didn’t get our PR? Keep going to tell us photo is not required it!

I didn't speak to the agent (couldn't reach any cause they were too busy that day), just their automatic system. When you type your case number it'll dive you updated information on the status of your application. That's how I found they are reviewing additional docs we sent (that's probably photos cause they didn't request anything else) and don't need additional docs from us.

Ha Ha... I feel CIC agents don't get regular updates from officers.
In the previous message, someone got PR card approved who had sent photos on Nov 20th.

Called CIC for an update on PR card, got to know that had to send the photos again.
Mail about photo request: 28 DEC 2017 (spam folder which caused delay for about a week)
Photos Sent: 02 Jan 2018
Photos Delivered: 08 Jan 2018
Called on 17 Jan to find out that there is a lag of 8 weeks for photo request cases and processing photos currently on 03 NOV 2017.
How long will it take for PR card arrival??

I am expecting somewhere around March 10th based on the timelines one of the poster above who got PR card approved today has mentioned. The resent photos for my wife were delivered on January 8th as well.
