Yes I did, but I don't understand why there is a "replacement provided" note if I already submitted it. It's not really clear. I searched online but there was nothing clear about it.
Mine is inland. Based on people's previous comments, I believe 'replacement provided' status means that my documents were successfully submitted, however, basically no updates since the end of March. Any comments?

Inland applicants do not receive their medical request until around 6-8 months into the process. September and October 2017 applicants are just receiving theirs.
One more question. I am from a country that is visa-exempt which technically allows me to stay up to six months in Canada with a valid eTA. While waiting to obtain my permanent residency, I am also planning to apply for OWP, so it would be great if I can get my OWP soon, but if that somehow does not work or takes longer than it should be, what is the way to stay legally in Canada until I get permanent residency? Much appreciated again in advance.

Once you apply for the OWP, you are covered by implied status until you receive the OWP and do not need to extend your stay, so it would be easier to apply for the OWP before your status expires.
Hello, I have received an initial request to make a biometric fee payment of $85 CAD. I made the payment of $170.00 as I am applying for family member. I uploaded and submitted the payment receipt which then indicated replacement provided. I then received a second request letter asking for the $85 payment again. I re-uploaded the same document. What do I do?
