Document requested issue

Hi all,

Last month, they asked me to fill and upload the form "Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual (IMM5475)".
Once I have uploaded the form, it is written "Replacement Provided" instead of "Provided". Do you know what does that mean ?

Am I the only one ?

Provided Uploaded Filename: xxxxxxxxxx.pdf Proof of medical exam (required)

That’s ok. ADRs will have “Replacement Provided” after uploading the document.

Did it take long afterwards for any updates?

C'est tout bon. Quand tu as des documents additionels, ils ajoutent le "remplacement" par defaut.
