Renew Visitor Visa

Hey,
Couple of questions on renewing my husbands visitor visa.
We're about to put in our PR application but in the mean time we have to renew his visitor visa.
We had a couple of questions.
What date do we put for how long you intend to stay?

Another question, it asks for 10 years of employment, if there isn't enough room do you attach another form?

One year should be fine.

Yes, you can attach a separate piece of paper or include the remaining employment history in a covering letter.
