Bad news... EOR applied through BC or IDP? how much time they took what is in appeal

after 15 weeks i got my EOR outcome today.

It was waste of time and money as well ..

Dear, could you please help me to understand my IELTS points for FSW:

Reading - 7 Bands
Speaking - 6.5 Bands
Listening - 6 Bands
Writing - 6 Bands
Overall - 6.5

Now, how many points I will be getting in ielts i.e. 16 or 18 or 19. I am really confused.
