I have gone through the whole thread and noticed one thing that BC is more liberal than IDP in terms of positive EOR. Hardly any success stories for IDP candidates, I wonder why???

They have only acknowledged the receipt of your request for EOR.... You will also get one msg once they start the prpcess.. . And yes i have also read this difference of 2 band theory still i have also applied coz i think it is the risk worth taking....

In my previous two attempts I got 7 & 8. Just need your advice on whether I should go for a reval with IDP?

Writing. I called their customer care and they replied that they have sent my evaluation to Australia for checking.. I doubt it

I applied for remark with IDP and it came back positive. If you were satisfied with your letter and essay, be confident of a positive EOR.

I just got receipt for EOR submission. Nothing else after that. It will take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks for the result. I got it in exactly 3 weeks.

L/R/W/S - 8.5/7.5/6.5/7

This is my third attempt and in earlier exams I lost in listening . I have also scored 7 in writing previously. Should I go for re-valuation or re-take the exam?

That's exactly what I did. I had booked two computer based in advance prior to the EOR. However, once my EOR came back positive, I was only able to cancel one of the two booked tests. I actually achieved CLB 10 in the second test.
