I need some suggestions
I had taken ielts general idp exam on 2 june.
Result:
R 8.5
L 8.5
S 7.5
W 6.5

I had taken the exam again on 30 june. The result for 2nd test would be out on 13 july. As re-evaluation can be filled within 6 weeks of exam date, can I wait till the result is out, or would it be too late. Please help

Yes, you can do revaluation since you are still within the six-week period, regardless of the other exam. Every exam is separate.

Please let me know if this is the case with everyone who have applied for EOR.
Also, saw somewhere in posts from different website stating that if one of your other skills is two bands higher - this means that an examiner and a senior examiner have already accessed your test and it is unlikely that a third examiner will have a different opinion. Please help if this is true.

That's not true. You can refer previous posts where there was an increase for some people even after having that 2 point band difference.

They have only acknowledged the receipt of your request for EOR.... You will also get one msg once they start the prpcess.. . And yes i have also read this difference of 2 band theory still i have also applied coz i think it is the risk worth taking....

I got email from the test center that I'll get refunded and attached was the score card. I got the TRF in mail later.

It depends case to case. Some take less than 4 weeks, majority take around 8-9 weeks, and rare cases it takes well over 10 weeks. This is all based on observations in this thread.

I gave the exam on 2nd June and got exactly the same score! . I went with EOR on 20th June and waiting for the result.

13th July might be a few days too late to submit EOR. You must consult with your test center as they will give you the right answer.

I got an email from BC that they have sent my TRF through registered post on 25th June. Hopefully i must get it today or tomorrow.

BC take much more time compare to IDP?
Because last week we called them and they said wait for more 1-2 weeks only, its in process only.
We have done through IDP and only for speaking?

Happy to report that I got a raise of 0.5 band in writing.
Test Date : 24th March 18 (BC)

Score before EOR: L8 R7.5 W6.5 S8

Score after EOR: L8 R7.5 W7 S8

Hi Harleen .. first of all congratulations on the brilliant score. Request you to go for remark immediately. Its a lucky draw or half a probability game worth 9500 rs. If money doesnt bother you please go for it . you will be amazed if the score changes
