No dear it doesn't matter.. my NOC is also not high demanding...... The same wording letter I received.. They used word "send a request with in 3 weeks" not "send a letter with in 3 weeks".. it means you will receive inshallah any request like medicals or updated docs.

They send refuse lertter on date 19jun, how much u pay for lawyer?
For me i apply as reservation manager in travel agent- noc 0632
Noc 0632 its for hotel only?

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I received an email from the Visa officer stating that my file has been re-opened and i will be advised of next processing steps within the coming 03 weeks......
My case was refused back in May due to JDs mismatch issue, i sent a reconsideration request in early June which was not accepted then i hire famous Canadian lawyer (Mr. Tim Leahly) who sent another reconsideration letter directly to the chief FSW unit CHC London in July and yesterday i received an email from them.....
I am very happy and would advice other such applicants not to lose hope and fight till the time you reach your destination......
i received updated docs request by normal post ... please stay in touch with you postman ...and i believe you will get with a week In Sha Allah as Bilataj and adeel41 got ...

Dear I have advised you lot many times to go for a lawyer, contact Tim Leahly, but you responded that you are not interested in doing so and will re-apply or apply as a Qubec FSW....
So choice is yours..... you have all the options available..... decide yourself.

Thanks...... I also think that our refusals might have proven good for us since they are not issuing any more 6-12 months wait letters rather start processing the application immediately after the review as they do not have new applications to process......
Everything is good or proves to be good just the matter of having faith on Allah's will.....
