In my opinion, you can address the concern in your new application by giving in-depth details about why studying this subject matter (((in Canada specifically))) will help you succeed in your home country.

Yes That is exactly what I did via my lawyer and I specified the difference between a web dev course in Canada and the one from my home country...I also attached a Job offer to my application which I will be resuming as soon as I gradate.which mentions why the Canada web dev curriculum is necessary ...from your candid opinion do you think this will be enough to convince he VO?
