Refusal of Visa reason of spouse or common-law partner is attending is not an institution that is qualified under this category

Dear All,

Have a Good Day,

I get the refusal of Visa from IRCC with the reason of "Spouses and common-law partners of full-time students in a program at some institutions in Canada can apply for a generic (open) work permit. However, the institution your spouse or common-law partner is attending is not an institution that is qualified under this category"

My wife is in Conestoga college with the 2 year of Health care administration and service management, she has a visa validation for study is till Nov-23,

I get this refusal on 14th feb-23, now not able able to understand what i do,

Friends please help me to solve this if any one have knowledge and was facing the same issue and then solved it and getting the visa

Did you include her tuition paid, course registration and proof she is full time? If so, reapply or ask for reconsideration. SOWPs are not guaranteed.

Thanks for response,No my agent only share the tution fees receipt and visa permit not more as i checked the documents which i forwarded it to agent,

So apply with all the proper documentation. Do it yourself.

Make sure you get it every document. Just read a case about an Indian student Kawaljeet Kaur who faced consequences due to the consultant's mistake. Google it.
