SOWP Refusal Reason

Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration Cours started at Jan 2023 to Aug 2023, 8 months course without break full time.
some one told me Enrolment letter is mandatory and Study permit also included in spouse work application.
My wife will travel canada in last of Dec.

You can reapply with enrolment letter, proof of tuition paid, and proof of registration. The issue will be that the course is only 8 months so processing may take months (depending on where you live) so may be refused as you are not eligible if less than 6 months remaining. Best thing may be to wait for PGWP but since the program is so short, she would only get a 8 month or 1 year PGWP.

Is this through Continuing Studies or Graduate Studies. If continuing studies that may or may not have been the issue for the first refusal. Graduate studies programs have more leverage and higher academic admission standards. Continuing studies is open to anyone.
