I called them on friday and they finally created a label and gave me the tracking number. I copy pasted the tracking number on google and it says its USPS tracking number? is that normal?

Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone has traveled to Germany with a travel document. They said that a visa is not required. Do I need to fill out a form before going, or is the travel document enough?

It means I have to apply for a Visa as I have not received my PR yet, correct? Thank you!
PR card is not a passport and for international travel you always need a PASSPORT or travel document (RTD). You will always need a visa (depending on the country) till you receive canadian passport. Having PR doesnt mean you just take your card wherever and they let you in.

do i need guarantor to renew my travel document ?

Yes, it is not called a renewal of RTD because you have to apply for a compleletely new RTD same as you applied for the first one. So you need a guarantor and if not, you need to fill in the in liu of guarantor form

My RTD history:
Sent envelope at Feb 21st.
Delivery there Feb 24th.
Passport printed on March 10th.
Shipped at March 13th
Received at March 17th.

I need to apply for a new U.S. visa.
I had previous visa and Does the system determine whether I qualify for an interview waiver after submitting the DS-160 form, or does this only become clear after paying the visa fee? Because if I have to wait two years for an appointment, paying the fee is pointless.
However, if I can be scheduled for an earlier interview or qualify for an interview waiver, then I want to proceed with the application accordingly.
