I’m planning a trip to the Bahamas and have a Canadian refugee travel document (no PR). Has anyone traveled there under similar circumstances? If so, which airlines did you use, and did you encounter any challenges?

I called IRCC and they told me my application for rtd has been approved and mailed.
They gave me a tracking number which is in the format LP123456789CA but I tried tracking and I keep getting the response below
We didn’t find an item associated with this number
My tracking number is not working its says
Is there anyone here who has faced this situation before. And what does it mean

OMG
OK Guys, some magic happened today. Finally early morning, me and my references received a call from the officer in Gatineau to verify the details. He asked me to send a fax with some required information that he needed to print my travel document. And , I just sent it in like 20 minutes after he asked me to. Finally, some good news.
So maybe by next week, I will get my document.
Not sure what triggered the officer to take step, maybe my last week request letter which I mailed to the Gatineau office.
