Hello,
I am working in a company and I was promoted to a new title but the same job, same responsibilities. Now:
I asked my employer for a reference letter and they will only mention my last position for the whole period of time! (6 years).
Example:
This is to certify that Mr. (Name) is currently working with (Company Name) as (My last title) since 2013.
...... etc
So, should I ask them to mention both positions or I just accept my last title for the whole 6 years?
