I am in same situation, I am in Canada for 3 years now, but I was traveling a lot outside, so I am missing 60 days to complete 2 years.
Have you traveled outside Canada during your employment? shall I apply or decline?
I had the valid job offer NocB and I got the Oinp approval too at the same time
I would suggest you to consult a lawyer before applying as my lawyer suggested me to apply because i was on the same job even after applying and my employer is very cooperative
hey I am at the same spot. Which lawyer did you consult? my consultant is saying no, but I got ITA 1.5 month before I complete 2 years. thinking what to do.
Still seeing inconsistent advice going around on this one! - IF a person gets Invite 7 weeks shy of 2 yrs work experience date, then surely should not be claiming points for 2 yrs work experience -regardless of the system points calculation glitch. IRCC clearly states MUST meet CRS points eligibility at time of ITA, and when submitting application so it seems could still be at discretion of processing officer, and could be open to rejection if submitted ? e.g. many people list one job as Jan- Dec, and then may list another as Dec - November = 24 months according to EE system , but would not actually be 2 yrs, - which would be clear from dates on employer letters!!
Following, I'm short of 4 months. I have changed 4 jobs in last year. All TEER code 1. My score is really high because of English test results but am in a state of dilemma after reading all these comments.
