I have created my express entry profile in September 2019 and that time I had 2 and half years of experience and the CRS score was 447. I was expecting it to increase on 15th March to 472 as I will complete 3 years of work experience. But on 1st Feb CRS score increased to 472 automatically and I received the ITA. Now I am in a dilemma whether I should accept the ITA and proceed with my application or should I decline the ITA and wait till 15th march for my 3 years to be completed, to create a new Express Entry profile and then if I get ITA, accept it.
Please help.

I believe you have 60 days to submit profile after ita right ? So why dont you wait 40 days and then submit documents instead of declining ita. AS then you will complete the experience aswell.
