Received a pre-arrival letter, but no COPR yet?

1. We applied for permanent residence on December 20, 2021.
2. We got correspondence acknowledging receipt of application(s) on August 3, 2023.
3. Processing started on August 3, 2023.
4. Medical instructions on October 20, 2023.
5. We got PPR on September 23, 2024.
6. Passport submission on October 7,2024
7. Received passport on October 18, 2024 .I hope the timeline would be helpful for anyone who is waiting for the same moreover got visa through SUV program

I am waiting for the PPL its been almost two months the application is in final decision stage all the rest are completed. any one else got the ECOPR mail

Latest Update on 30th October received the Medical request to be done again but this time they did not sent the request for my Son who is on a student visa in Canada, where as on the last medical which was done in December 2023 while he was there they had asked for his medical. this is the first contact from IRCC after 29th March when they had sent the Pre Arrival letter can someone help and shed some insights, when can i expcet the ECOPR.

Hi, my pre arrival letter was received 31 July and nothing yet

I don't think anything is wrong. IRCC normally sends the pre-arrival letter before they are ready to issue the COPR and before all processing of the application is completed.

Hard to say. Looks like they haven't started the background check step yet so still some time to go before you have a decision likely.

PAL is essentially meaningless.

But they requested for ADR PCC so i have provided and now status for ADR is reviewing

And before 2nd December background status was we are processing

We have received PAL trough start up visa program in Feb 24 and still no update from IRCC. I notice some of you had similar status , did you received COPR , any advice?

Btw, it’s only me who got PAL in our startup and other still waiting for it

Is it normal for it to take so long? I saw that some people received answers in less than a month after receiving the PAL. In my case, only one letter was received, or should one arrive for each application?
