How Many times can you enter and exit in Canada using stamped COPR and Passport? I have my COPR stamped on Jun 16th,2020 and the original PR Visa stamp on the Passport after the PPR is valid till Aug, 1st 2020. So is there any restriction on the number of times I can travel between US/CAN? and how does either of the dates affect these travels?

No limits on crossing borders as commuters cross everyday. There is no difference between having COPR or PR card. Limitation comes only for using public transport or private vehicle but not on number of times crossing the border. All you need is legal documents to enter both countries.
PR visa is for one time usage as COPR becomes the legal document. PR card is the travel document via public transport.
