Re-apply after refusal

Hi,

My case was refused in 2012 and I want to re-apply now. My case was refused as I got 65 points and no points were awarded for the relative as I could not provide the satisfactory proof of relationship.

Should I answer YES or NO in Question 6(D) of IMM 5669 (Background/Declaration)? If YES, than do I need to provide the copy of refusal letter to CIC.

you MUST answer YES since it's the truth and explain WHY at the empty spaces below. Whether to provide a copy of the refusal letter, I think that's not needed since they can easily search your information on the database.

If you answer NO - your application could be refused again.

Dear Johnny, one more question, is the UCI same as immigration file number or is it different? As in IMM 0008 they are asking for UCI number, if any.

UCI has 8 numbers only > xxxx-xxxx

Application number usually starts with an E > Exxxxxxxxx

If you don't have one just leave it blank
