email is of no use. They are sending automated reply of delay due to covid-19

guys, what if we don't get it before the 1 month submission time given by IRCC ??

I'm kinda worried , i was given 1 month, and it's been close to 2 weeks+ , can we write to IRCC for extension ? would webform work ?

You're supposed to inform IRCC that you might not get it within the 30 days, send them proof that you did submitted the fingerprints. The rest is out of your control but you have to inform them and ask for an extension. You're not the only one in this situation believe me, i spoke to the manager of the call center at CCRTIS who told me mine still shows in process and mine is due on June 3rd. There's a few other people still waiting as well
