They are not the ones that process fingerprints. Those agents only pull information based on the details you provide.

@EscoBlades I already went through that wesbite, doesn't give us a day. You seemed well informed by your answer reason I asked you another question thats not on the link you provided; are single point of contact agents at CCRTIS call center agents or they are the ones in charge of processing fingerprints? Or if anyone else with answers to help us build and educate us, that would be very much appreciated.

@EscoBlades thank you, i had a feeling. Now I'm upset because a single point of contact agent told me to inform IRCC it would take more than 120 days to process my fingerprints because i was fingerprinted at a police station before. But i never saw the correlation as the police headquarters told me i have no criminal record as my charges were withdrawn. And it even clearly says on the rcmp wesbite that it takes 1-3 business days if NO criminal record. I just needed to know who gave me such an information and you helped me confirm they're not the one who process fingerprints. Thanks again

Not just COVID, when technology is available, one should consider upgrading. FBI gives an option for online and is very quick usually! No harm in following our Southern neighbor on some good things...
