Can one move to Canada under To year work permit Visa and then apply PR from there and start a PR life? Right now I am at 440 and will lose points on October 13th. Now I may get an opportunity to move to Canada in normal two year work permit visa. So can I go there, learn french, rewrite IELTS and Write French and increase score and get PR?
Also I have been unemployed for over four years, so going to Canada in WP might add Canadian work experience and can increase my score right?
I never said it would go up drastically, I only said chances of touching 440 from 442 are less because the supply of new entries or upgradation of old ones will be on a rise. Plus , it is undesirable but true that they can also skip a draw if they find it is dipping below 440 , if we consider the 440 + theory , some members have been discussing here. So scores gonna remain the same or go up by a couple of points.
Yeah , I am a part of that second SOME category but since it seemed logical , given the circumstance this year ,so brought it up. But we have moved well beyond that discussion now
Naah, What calculation is this? The draw on 13 jun had two IELTS results. The pool distribution was on 8 June (IELTS Result 6 June) and showed 4005 cumulative people above 440. Now simply from the last draw (which was on 23 May; 440) 4005/16= 250.

Exactly, that's why we don't bring it up anymore I am just a little disappointed in myself, for not striving to improve CRS in time. ROH gave me false hopes. But thanks to that theory, no matter how illogical it may seem to many, I got back on track.
My friend is stuck at 435. Chances of him getting an ITA looks bleak Even Ontario is not sending invitations He has already maxed IELTS, so there is nothing much he can do
Some people dropped off from 441 to 435 recently (due to their age), while the draw was being interrupted with the 3 week stunt (waiting for higher crs candidates to flood the pool). This is like shifting the goal line with no empathy, at others expense. Life sometimes is like this, but we can only hope for the best. However, OINP could surprise us soon.
