I wonder why we are not having back to back draws! Does CIC know how many sleepless nights we have because of these draws and how we are always at the edge with each draw?

THIS IS A RELIEF. THE NUMBER OF POOL MEMBERS HAD SUDDENLY SHOOTED THROUGH THE ROOF. NOW ITS IN THE SAME PACE.

I guess it did. With a IELTS result in the last 2 weeks, we might have still been on 441!

Yes, but there are certainly many more new profiles than old ones. Folks are always creating new profiles to be able to receive OINP.
