There will be 26 draws with 2750 ITAS each.
Which make it 26*2750=71500 itas
But their target is 74900 for which they will issue near about 90000 ITAS
Reason being 2017 target was 71700
For which they have issued 86023 ITAS
SO for achieving the target they need to increase the draw size if they want to stick with 1 draw every two weeks.
Otherwise there will be near about 30-33 draws of 2750.

Guys, I'm sitting at 442 and because I created my profile in September 2017, I haven't had any chance in getting NOI from Ontario.
Now, if I withdraw my current profile and create a new one, I might lose my chance in getting direct ITA due to tie-breaking rule and unpredictability of cut-off point in future draws. On the other hand, if I don't do it, I may never get NOI from Ontario.
I'm thinking about creating a new profile and keeping my old profile. Do you think I might face any problem in the future due to having 2 profiles in the pool? Do you know anyone who may have had two active profiles and received PR card?
There is something wrong with your application or you are making mistake coz in 15 November 2017, CRS cut off was 439. How come you didn't get a direct ITA with your current score?

I created my profile while my CRS score was 382 in September. Then I sat for IELTS for the second time on November 11th and managed to score CLB9. I got my results on November 23rd and since then the cut-off point has been above 442.
Congrats to all those who got ITAs and PPRs this week. I finally got PPR. Thanks for all the love and support. Keep fighting for your dream, we will all make it one day.

in the 67 point eligibility system, you could get 5 for having one of the followings:
Relatives in Canada
You, or if it applies, your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative:
living in Canada
18 years or older and
a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
This relative must be a:
parent
grandparent
child
grandchild
child of a parent (sibling)
child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle)
grandchild of a parent (niece or nephew)
In the 1200 point system, you can get 15 CRS points if you or your spouse has a sibling in Canada who is:
living in Canada
18 years or older and
a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Document requirements
This documentation is required if the applicant indicates that they, or their accompanying spouse or common-law partner, have a family member in Canada who is a permanent resident or a Canadian citizen.
A copy of both sides of the family member's Canadian citizenship document, Canadian birth certificate and/or permanent resident card must be provided.
Evidence that the family member currently resides in Canada must be provided (a residential lease, mortgage documents, utility bills, etc.).
The documents must show their address in Canada and should be recent (dated within six months prior to submission).

Probably. I guess Ontario will soon announce whether or not they are being selective on specific NOCs. Up to know, I have seen many people who have received NOI and their NOC is not IT related.

Dude, its not 74900 ITAs but PR landings through EE. So even if there are only 66000 ITAs this year they will still meet their 74900 immigrant target for 2018.
Dont forget to add in family size and rejection rates.

I believe one mistake that many people make with regard to 2018 quota is the fact that the announced 2018 quota is for all people who receive PR in 2018. Many of which have applied for PR in 2017 and they will land in 2018. So it's pointless to argue that since the 2018 quota is higher, CIC has to issue more ITAs. No one really knows how many people will be granted PR status in 2018.
