Got NOI today at crs 435, NOC 2174 and profile created on Jan 19,2018.
I have a query like if I apply for oinp and let's say if crs drop below 435 will I get an ITA?
If so will I be able to cancel oinp process and proceed with the ITA?
Kindly advise.
Okay, I am completely alright with the 1500 CAD, but was confused on whether I will get ITA and if I get ITA l can I proceed with it instead of waiting for oinp status
Last year 30 draws happened issuing roughly 88000 ita s ...this year with 2750 every two weeks its gonna touch somewhere around 66000 only
So a change is impending....
Need clarifications from experts though.
And definitely an increase in itas means lower crs...
Yes, CIC issued around 86,000 ITAs in 2017 and yes, with 2750 ITAs every 2 weeks (around 26 draws) CIC would be able to issue only around 72,000 ITAs this year. To add to it there is a marginal increase in the PR targets in 2018 compared to last year. This is the reason why everybody is perplexed and surprised with the lesser number of ITAs issued and waiting to see the numbers go high and the CRS cut off go low.
The only logical reason for the ITAs to be lesser this time is if they overshot their 2017 targets with the number of ITAs they issued last year and are compensating it this year with the lesser number of ITAs.
Hi,
I received a nomination for Ontario today. I have a few questions.
1. Their website mentions that I have 45 days to respond to the Nomination. Does that mean I can wait by doing nothing for 44 days and then can make an account? or do I have to make an account on PNP portal immediately, or inform them that I have interest? I ll like to wait for ITA before going for PNP.
2. If I accept Nomination I ll have limited time to submit all the documents. Does anyone have a list of documents that I need to submit?
3. If I edit my EE profile, will my nomination be revoked? My wife got her ECA and I haven't added it to EE profile. I am not sure if any changes in EE profile can result in cancellation of nomination?

You have to submit application in 45 days, once you registered, you will have 14 days to complete and submit.
EE profile update will not impact NOI, as long as your score is not falling.
Guys, when everyone is hurrying to submit for OINP, please remember that with this comes a commitment(don't think they enforce it but who knows) to work in Ontario. So, don't jump the wagon in hurry - just following others - without checking jobs for your area in that province. While I am sure you guys must have already thought of it, but just thought of reminding.

My CRS is at 438, with no any options left to increase the score other than making my wife sit for IELTS.
Looking at the 2018 trend so far, if CIC continue to stick with 2750 with biweekly draws, when do I have a chance to receive ITA?

Please give your spot on predictions as usual. How many draws should I wait before getting an ITA?
The CRS cut off could gradually decrease and reach below 440 if CIC continues the current trend (issuing 2750 ITAs every 2 weeks). As there are already lots of applicants waiting at scores 438 to 443, the decrease will be gradual. Its not possible to calculate the exact date when the cut off would reach CRS 438, but in 3-5 draws with the current trend it could reach 438. In case CIC starts issuing more ITAs or have 1 week gap draws then the cut off could reduce quicker.
If you have options to improve CRS score it is always advisable to do so that things come back in your control and is not left to fate.

Yes, you will get an ITA if CRS cut off drops below 435.
Yes, you can cancel the OINP process and proceed with the ITA. You may or may not lose the 1500 CAD depending on the OINP processing phase.
