I am at 449. WES messed up big time with me. The ECA report came after more than a month. Plus the universities were so lazy in giving transcripts

That was the easier part. Now that you're all done, don't lose hope.

Really disheartened, trend set of 2750th will not easily makes draws comes down. Moreover, rapid increase of profile on regular intervals will not make crs go below 430 easily.

In this situation, you don't need it. CIC only ask for any countries you have lived for six month or more when you are 18 years old or more

be positve... try taking an Ielts again if u have not maxed you scores...
also at 423 you can expect an Onip invitation

Oh wow, today's draw is very humbling! I was so frustrated last week when I learned of my IELTS negative remarking which means my CRS stays at 407 which then eliminates our only chance for an ITA in 2017. But guess what? My would have been score of 451 is still 1 point less than today's cut-off!

Indeed, prayers are answered in 3 ways:

1. Yes
2. No, and get something better
3. Wait, and get the best

So hang in there fellow! It's number 3 for us now!
