Invitation of 15th Nov is giving more hope of a round today as that was 3rd invitation on consecutive wednesdays... if the plan was of 3 invitations this month 15th nov draw could have been delayed till 22nd Nov so that the next draw would hv been in Dec... just an optimistic view

Good luck to you, but maybe try Australia with IELTS 8 or PTE 79+ as well.
