Yes. No set time. I saw the Oct 19 and Nov 01 and Nov 15 draws were very late in the day while the Nov 08 draw was quite early. So no way to figure out the time except refreshing the page every few moments.

We're all very used to the instant - life because of the Internet and technology now. The entire process is made helpful because we can connect with each other for support but also more difficult because we are able to compare so easily and expect immediate results.

Your heart wants everyone to stop suffering. I can understand that and I agree with you. Somewhere getting an ITA today would feel good to me but at the same time I would also feel for all those who are left to wait more.
