Hi guys.. I know HCP is not open yet.. but when it opens, only people who have an NOI from Ontario can apply or will it be open for everyone (with or without NOI?) I am currently at 416, ICT stream and don't have any NOI at this stage. Please advise.

People who have already received NOI's will be able to apply within the expiry period. But dont worry as the year ends the new targets and quota's will soon be rolling thus better chances of invitation for everyone

Thanks guys! I also tried to apply for Nova Scotia day before yesterday.. tried for 9 hours non stop but just couldn't get in.. it was such a bad experience with their website.

We went from California, which is wonderfully diverse, to central Pennsylvania, which is not. Our choice - we wanted to cut the cost of living. But we were unprepared for the intolerance of diversity here. I miss living someplace where you hear multiple languages every day and people are more accepting of differences. I think Toronto or Ottawa will be much more comfortable for us.

Since Canada itself is more diverse than USA, the chances of being thumped by the racist slurs are quite meager.

I wonder how the United States has ended up becoming what it is today. Its truly heartbreaking. What puzzles me more though is how its citizens have let the country become what it is today, whether its the opposition to common sense gun control or to single tax payer healthcare. None of their counter arguments hold any water, especially when there are human lives at stake.

I have a query. My husband has got his Qatar pcc with dates mentioned as per his work permit.
But prior to his work permit he was in Qatar on visit visa for 2months.however Qatar pcc doesnt mention those dates..as per Qatar policy they only issue pcc for work permit.when submitting our ITA application we have written an LOE stating that he was on visit visa and then got his work permit and Qatar doesnt issue pcc for visit visa.would our application be rejected

In an unlikely event of re-opening of HCP , only the applicants with NOI is legitimate to apply. Don't worry you are only two months away from receiving a NOI.

Candidates who have NOI valid until Jan2018 will reap the benefits as they will be the ones who pounce as soon as the stream reopens with replenished quotas.

Let's keep up some hope, comrade! Applications they accept in December won't be processed into nominations until January, so they might just reopen in December to start filling January quotas. We need to keep hoping and praying.

Hey guys disappointed i scored less in ielts second attempt. My current score is 405 and december it will jump to 417 due to work ex. Hoping a score of 417 will do some good in my application. As we head towards weekend just want to leave this thought. You loose when you give up. Sure an ITA of your name is being drafted the only challenge is patience to see that ITA in your account. Guess quota of 2017 is done and will be heading 2018. Let this year and next year be your dream year.

If your score is low in Writing or Speaking module, I'd advise going for Enquiry On Results .. Worked for both me and my brother... my CRS jumped up by over 50 points after EoR. But then it depends on how you performed and if you believe there might have been unfair checking. Best of luck.

Do you have any idea how long does it take to get a response after Enquiry on results? If it takes too long I dont know if it is worth it

hi friends... I have got a final score of 429 (CRS tool calculation) ... I'm still waiting for my wife's WES without which my score would be around 415/

Do you suggest I create a EE profile and try for Provincial nomination or can i create profile after my wife's WES with 429. Is there any chance to get a ITA with 429?
