- Design process manuals and guidelines for operations and business user requirements.
- Work with management for decision making for improvements and implementations.
- Maintain correspondence with service providers and internal IT teams for implementation of systems and troubleshooting of issues.
- Provide feedback to subordinates and maintain work relationships to improve work, reduce wastage, increase efficiency and achieve given targets.
- Striving towards providing effective and efficient service delivery by processing documents as per SLAs.
- Carryout analysis based on current procedures and process of the bank and identify any issues or adjustments required for improvement.
- Correspond with support departments such as Audit, Risk, Compliance and Recoveries to be in line with banks procedures and avoid any issues.
- Present business process automations to management, document system requirements, review user requirement documentation prepared by developers and implement.
You should based your NOC from your job duties and not the title. For your reference letter from previous work, you can still get your supervisor to sign it, notarisation is not mandatory but it would be better if you also get it notarised since it will not be printed on your company's letterhead.
I never wanted to rely on any Consultants... But at one stage, had to... Been following express entry since 2015.
Consultants large so much, but most of them are clueless on the entire process. I choose this particular one, just because my Acquaintance and his friend got their COPR...
Now, as I am investing in them, so have to find a way to make sure they are on the right track. So I ask even the stupid questions in the forum

Points is not a thing...you will score high depending on your work exp, age , IELTS and other parameters....but when documents related to the code are requested and they do not match the duties the case will be into rejection....Just get the proper code or try to get the ref letter which will include those duties as per the NOC..
