Dear Seniors,

My own fund which I have in my salary account is only 2.5 months old. This is why I am going to get additional fund through Gift Deed from my father, which itself will cover the required amount. Will my fund which is 2.5 months old raise concern since, the gift deed would cover my full PoF without taking my own fund into consideration.

Besides, there is no placeholder for Letter of Explanation, in my case,

Where do I put that explanation? Please help.

I might be facing the same issue soon.

I read somewhere that they only need to see one bank account statement. Which could be that from your father as a gift deed. If it covers the amount then you're good. There is no need to show any other bank account details. (I guess, please correct me if I am wrong guys!)

But I don't know about the letter for explanation. I know it should be there.

Can anyone help the both of us please?

Congratulations to the people who crossed their magic IELTS target. I need help from you guys. I took IELTS already 3 three times without reaching the required goal (8/7/7/7).

First attempt: June 2015--L/R/W/S--7/7/6/7 (CRS-360)
Second one: June 3 2017---L/R/W/S--8/6.5/7/7 (CRS-380)
Third one: July 29 2017---L/R/W/S--8.5/6.5/6.5/7.5

I'm losing hope with IELTS and dream to go to Canada. Can you guys give me some suggestions?

Hello friends, this little thing has been a bother for a while: on my EE profile, I entered my current job title as Team Lead, IT Sevice Desk/Support and in the letter of reference I received from my employer, it's written Team Lead, IT Service Desk/User Support. Do I have to update my EE profile on account of this?

Thats ok. Your roles and responsibilities should match your NOC. IRCC will not take your title into consideration.

Just practice hard. Practice the Cambridge test books (1-12) and focus on the General Training reading section. For GT writing tasks you could use the website as follows. You can use the website both for task 1 and 2. And do focus on the tips provided in each sample letter or essay. And take a 1 month time after registering for the exam.

Hi there! My only preparation for IELTS was concentrating on my weak part - writing essays. I wrote around 50 practice essays on both part 1 and part 2, watched Youtube videos on how to write good essays and asked my wife to proof read and correct what I wrote. For the other sections I just watched the latest movies in English. I hope that helps.
