First off, thanks to everyone here for spreading positivity. Thankfully, I received my invitation in this draw.
I've got a problem, though. I don't know what to do next. I read the message that I got in my account. When I clicked on it, a PDF file got downloaded and in the first page it said " You must submit a complete application before 11/08/2017 12:00 AM UTC time if you want to apply for permanent residence." At the bottom of the PDF file it says I've got 90 days.
I'm totally confused. What should I do? Should I submit it today? Because, 11/08/2017 is basically few hours away. Or, do I have 90 days time?
I'm not sure. We haven't quite hit 24 hours yet either I don't think, unless you count from when the draw was done, not announced. 10 am Ottawa time (I'm in the same time zone) and it still says no ITA in my account. Besides knowing it says submitted and having the message that I'll be contacted if there's an ITA, I got an NOI from Ontario in June so it's definitely been used for something already.
Maybe it's in country order? I'm in the US, so always at the end of those drop-down lists on websites.
