Just received my ITA

On my profile there are two applications. One is Express entry which shows as submitted and 439 points. Another shows as "Online Application" which says "pending". Was I supposed to complete both?

It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B).

That is Canadian Work Exp + foreign ? or only foreign ?
