I am not from the mentioned university but we have to done our ECA from reputed assessment organisation to validate our degree.
It is acceptable from IRCC, I would opt for WES to do my ECA. your call

Will it ever come down to 320 as there are thousands of candidates who are trying to get their language abilities better but they couldnt get it though a friend of mine gone through 3 ielts test but got score LRWS 7.5 5.57.57.5 same repeated twice and she is gonna take another shot 4th time . Why ircc isnt taking any action upon this low scoring candidates as they are too professionals but they dont get a score as to crs cut off .

My wife ( the main applicant) has her father and young sister (7 years old) living in Canada

Her father got married to a Canadian lady few years ago and I think now he has work permit ( not sure if its a PR or not )

will we be qualified for the points of

Brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada

what are the conditions needed in the Bro/Sis ?

Your Wife's sister has to be atleast 18 years old.

And her Father needs to have a PR.

Father will only be helpful in getting 5 points for FSW eligibility.

Sister would fetch 15 additional points in CRS as well as 5 points in FSW eligibility.

Relatives in Canada
You, or if it applies, your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative:

• living in Canada
• 18 years or older and
• a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

This relative must be a:

• parent
• grandparent
• child
• grandchild
• child of a parent (sibling)
• child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle)
• grandchild of a parent (niece or nephew)

if I apply to a province for PNP and I get ITA from CIC before I'm being granted nomination by the province, can I go ahead with the ITA? Or applying for PNP disqualifies one from accepting ITA. Your advice will be well appreciated. Thank you

Nigeria, the University is in one of the south western states, let me just leave the name out.

I totally understand you but if u ask me I will say you should start the process as you will still need the ECA when you land in Canada and it may be even more difficult to get then when you are over there.

He is about to complete his masters degree, he has a couple of months left, that is why we are not too bothered, but there is no harm in doing it though. I think we will just go with your advice and do it, they can take as long as they want. Thanks sis.

I just finished assembling my proof of funds for my student visa. Damn, pdf editing gets screwed up quite easily. I'm pretty good technically, but I encountered so many problems that I'm up with the crew on the other side of the world. Compressing a pdf seems like it should be easy, but when the resulting file is missing pages, you find out all the little picky ways.

On the upside, when I finally get my ITA, I'll be an expert already.

I had already done my ECA from WES and am not from sikkim university
I was giving an option for the other member, It seems he/she already done their ECA through IQAS.

So I got my gift deed notarized today.
But I have an issue. My residential address in my passport has the pincode: ABCD88 but now it has been changed to ABCD34
so the passport and the notary have different pin codes.
Is that such a major issue? can i furnish some proof?

You can accept the ITA and inform the province.

I need an advice, I am standing at 393 CRS with Noc 2283. People with CRS lower than me and with same NOC are receiving OINP NOI. Meanwhile, I am planning to reappear for IELTS to increase score.

Now, suppose if I receive OINP NOI, should I accept it or wait till my next IELTS score arrives(which will be 1st week of Sep) ? Please suggest

Please let me know if any body is applying under express entry with Sikkim Manipal University Degree or any distance education degree, is it valid for express entry if we have got ECA for it?

Yes, my husband has Sikkim Manipal University Degree of MCA, got that evaluated from IQAS and applied for EE.

And my pg diploma is from scdl.sent for assessment to IQAS. Hope will get the credit.
