You need to take into account that not all the applications get into the pool. I had a problem when I withdrew and reapplied. I had 2 rejected before I found the problem. Although you might find the data on the dates and times during that period interesting.

Yes. I changed a NOC code which made the profile ineligible. It took some trial and error to figure out what the problem was before I returned to the original NOC.
