The number of ITAs issued is relatively close to the previous one. I am surprised that there is a slight decrease in the number of ITAs given. I think 441 is the score you can get if an EE profile is:
Single
CLB 9
not more than 29 years old
W/ master's degree
I don't think the negligible decrease in ITAs matters..They were having the same target as the previous draw..CIC couldn't have taken folks with CRS 440 as there would have been another 500 or 600 at 440 CRS..And they would have been forced to send more than 4000 ITAs in that case..
Highly unlikely. There are no people in more than 441 in EE at the moment. BC and Saskatchewan have given out nominations. If all of them in FSW will accept the nominations, it will come to 1000 + adding 500 for ONIP which is not yet done i suppose.
So the rest will be around 2000 (but this will be if everyone accepts the nominations) which will have to be filled by EE so it would come to atleast 438.

Im sitting at 436 and praying for an ITA. Thank you all for the encouragements. Been in the pool since May 2016 after a rejection. I had lost all hope of ever getting an ITA , but life is teaching me that anything is possible, IF ONLY YOU HAVE HOPE...!!!!!
