I didn't say you would, I just think there is a possibility of getting it wrong. My wife and I have the same initial so one of us is 001 and the other 002. So in theory there maybe someone with the same name as you thus changing your number. All I am saying is its not an exact science thus i wouldn't recommend it. Just my opinion.
I understand your point. But it is the candidate number that will be unique for two people with same name, same center, same test date. The candidate number will always be unique no matter what and thus TRF will be different...

Thanks for everyone's input on this. Wow u guys have been fast n helpful which is d basic purpose of this thread. I will contact the IELTS test center. If they cant do anything will wait for the next draw. Once again all the best guys who r in 447-452. Guess you are already busy organising the post ITA docs
If im not mistaken, after you get your ITA, the profile freezes and you cannot change anything. Your test result date is where you can go wrong and that cannot be corrected. Very difficult to predict test result date. It can be anywhere between 9 and 13 days. Then you have to put an LOE. Then it does get messy. What are you going to put in LOE to explain the change in result date? Over sight or that you tried cheating the system? Why mess it up for no reason? Wait for the next draw!
It is because of people who try to cheat the system that it makes it so much more difficult for honest people with so many background checks and paper work. Because they know that everywhere there is an 'oversmart" fella who tries to bend the rules!
Imagine how it will be if that they CANCEL your application since your EE information does not match your Post ITA documentation. So much of a risk for just a lack of patience!
I have created my EE profile recently and waiting optimistically for an ITA. My questions are bit off-the topic (I hope you guys wont mind)
I am stuck in between counting years of experience. I've 1 year of experience as lecturer and 3.2 years as Planning Engineer. My Questions are:
1. For Planning Engineers which NOC is most relevant? (I've chosen Civil Engineer as I've Bachelor's degree in Civil and have been working in Construction Industry)
2. Can I select two different NOCs (NOC 4011 for Lecturer) & (Primary NOC 2131) for Planning Engineer experience?
3. Out of 3.2 years of Engineering experience I don't have reference letter from one company where I just worked for 8 months. However I have included this experience in my EE profile. Do you guys suggest deleting (8 months) experience since I am still able to claim maximum points for working experience. (1 year as Lecturer + 2.4 years as Planning Engineer)
