But it's already 1:30 pm UTC time. Their official time on website is UTC. Normally the draw is between 12-1

Only ray of hope now seems to be the exception draws that have been released on Fridays sometimes...

But I'm skeptical about it, as CIC won't release a draw 1 day before the new changes kick in..

Give it some more time like hour or so, if nothing even after that then next draw will surely be next wednesday with new changes.

I forgot the Daylight saving changes this time. So it will be somewhat late considering my previous calculations. So in India it may be around 8.30 pm or so.
